The Russian Black Terrier Club was formed in 1998 and held its inaugural General Meeting in April 1999. Our first Annual General Meeting was held on Sunday 20th February 2000, and the name Russian Black Terrier Club was accepted by the Kennel Club in May 2000.
The Club is recognised by the Kennel Club as the official breed organisation for the Russian Black Terrier (RBT) in the UK.
The RBT Club is here to support and help RBT owners, prospective owners and breeders by providing advice and guidance on this breed that we all love so much. We would love to have you as a Member.
The Club hosts two Club Open dog shows a year, produces an annual, on-line newsletter, and organises social activities, grooming and health workshops, and Pack Walks in various areas throughout the country.
We hope you will join us at some of our events throughout the year, and if you need further information or advice, or if you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact Us page – we’re here to help.
